PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY
By the act of placing an order with Flower to Thailand, the customer is deemed to agree to all our terms and conditions. If there is a problem beyond our control, we reserve the right not to be responsible for problems outside the scope of the terms and conditions.
Products Policy
The pictures of flowers and gifts that are listed on this website are only representative of arrangement types. Exact flowers, goods and associated items may vary slightly depending on seasonal and availability at our local florists. We guarantee all the flowers and gifts will be the finest available to our florists.
For the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used too.
Some products such as Cakes are to be order 36 hours in advance. All items that need time to prepare will be specifying in the product detail.
Gift basket and hamper. If some particular item in the basket is out of stock, we will substitute a similar product of equal or greater value without compromising the overall design, theme, color and quality of the gift basket.
During the roses price increase period in Febuary, roses in every product will be subtitute except from products that are in Valentine's Category.
Delivery Policy
Users agreed that they has given the right for other person who specified in their order to receive flowers and gift on their behalf.
All products are to be delivery by hand except all plush toys that send outside Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samutprakarn area.
We deliver to all areas of Thailand. Our same-day delivery service is guaranteed for some products deliver in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samutprakarn area and orders placed before 5.00pm Bangkok time zone. For the major cities of Thailand such as Phuket, Pattaya, Samui, Chiangmai, Udonthani and Nakhonratchasima in city district order placed before 2.00pm. are also eligible for same day delivery.
Before placing your order please review the recipient’s name, address and telephone number. Please also review the messages chosen to accompany gifts or flowers. We cannot guarantee on time delivery if you have provided us with incomplete or incorrect information for the delivery.
All home address delivery, we will have to call before we make a delivery to locate if the recipient or somebody is actually home to receive the flowers and gifts. If we can locate the address and there are reception or staff in Property Management if that is a condominium or an apartment we will leave flowers and gift with them.
Business and Hotel Delivery, normally for all large business building in Thailand, our delivery man are not eligible to go pass the reception. We will have to leave flowers and gifts with the reception and the recipient will have to come and pick up.
In the event that we have tried to deliver the goods to the recipient but cannot find their address, or the address has changed and we cannot contact the recipient from the given telephone number, we will bring the goods back and keep it at our shop. If you then want us to make a new delivery after being unable to contact the recipient, we can do so at your expense. Fresh flowers are perishable, and will not be in a good enough condition to be re-delivered. If you want us to deliver new flowers to replace them, you will be responsible for the incurred expense, as we cannot absorb this excess cost.
Changing and Cancellation Policy
Suppose you wish to change or cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changing or cancellation as long as we receive before the order has been sent out delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice in necessary to assume a cancellation.
Return Policy
We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items the recipient is sure to enjoy. If you or the people receiving your gift are not satisfied, we will have your gift replaced or provide a full refund.
For a full refund, please inform us with in 24 hours upon receiving and please return flowers or gifts to our shop within 48 hours upon receiving them. Later than 48 hours return are not accepted.
Replacing Policy
Please inform us within 24 hours upon receiving if you or the people receiving your gift are not satisfied and we will replace them as soon as possible.
After 24 hours after receiving all products cannot be replace.
Refunds Policy
We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items the recipient is sure to enjoy. If you or the people receiving your gift are not satisfied, we will have your gift replaced or provide a full refund.

Special Offer and Coupon Policy
Coupons offered are not stackable. Only one coupon may be redeemed per promotion.
Special offers must be applied at time of purchase at Flower to Thailand To redeem an offer, please enter the offer code on the Your Shopping Cart page.
Special offers are not redeemable for cash.
The entire offer must be used during a single transaction. No change will be provided and the balance may not be applied towards subsequent purchases.
Return of orders that have been bought with a special policy. If you return an item bought with a discount coupon and the subsequent value of the original order falls below the offer pre-requisite, you will receive a refund of the value of the item after the offer value has been deducted.
Flower to Thailand is not responsible for lost or stolen offer codes or out of stock items.
A special offer may not be combined with any other offer and is not valid on sale items.
Flower to Thailand reserves the right to cancel or change the offer at any time without notice.
